Volunteering with WithIN Nature means being part of something real. You’ll work alongside rangatahi on active environmental restoration projects - planting, weeding, monitoring, and maintaining land across Northland.
You don’t need to be an expert. You need to be present, respectful, and willing to learn alongside the rangatahi you’ll be working with. The mahi is rewarding, sometimes muddy, and always meaningful.
We welcome volunteers who are 18 years and older and comfortable working outdoors and alongside young people. Volunteers working directly with rangatahi will be required to provide a current police vetting check prior to starting.
Volunteering opportunities range from a single planting day through to regular involvement across a programme season. We’ll match your availability to what is happening in the mahi and keep you informed about upcoming opportunities.
